During your initial appointment, we’ll discuss your dental concerns, collect the relevant health history and background information, and perform a clinical exam to establish a baseline for care.

What to Expect at Your First Visit
Whether your first appointment is for a dental checkup, a consultation, second opinion, or emergency care, we do all we can to make your visit a welcoming, informative, and productive experience. Once we gather the relevant background information, examine your smile and obtain any diagnostic images, we’ll discuss if treatment is required and explain your best options in care.
Your Care Comes First
At our practice, your well-being and comfort are our top priorities. We focus on delivering personalized, high-quality dental care without the limitations that can come with traditional insurance networks. As a result, we do not participate in most insurance plans, and payment is expected at the time of your visit.
Insurance We Work With
We gladly see patients with any PPO or Fee-for-Service dental plan. While we are generally out-of-network with most insurers, we are in-network with Cigna Total DPPO. Not sure what your plan covers? Our team is here to help you understand your benefits and make the process simple.
Billing and Claims Support
For patients using out-of-network insurance, we offer complimentary concierge billing. We handle the claim submission for you, and any eligible reimbursement will be sent directly to you, usually within 2–4 weeks depending on your plan.
If you have Cigna Total DPPO, we’ll collect any required co-pay at the time of service, as outlined by your plan.
